This book looks like past books, why can’t black man write books on how to make your wife and your partner happy . Most of them don’t do a good job at keeping their home together,,, would be great if someone came up with the book for black men , on respecting their black women ,or female partners of any race .

And another thing they need to write about .
    1. Why do black men prefer other races, when they make over 1,000,000 dollars ….

    2. Also , why black men are so obsessed with showing off their material possessions .

    3. Why black men aren’t taking the time to show their sons , to lead and set an example , and their daughters to respect themselves .

I’m not trying to boycott this book….. but I’m so tired of these books that talk about how to please your man , I feel it’s hypocritical

So this must mean Rev. Run cheats on his wife and this must be why Tyrese can’t keep a woman. WOW…

I was agreeing with Tyrese when he was talking about how a man duplicates how love was in his household….that was over as soon as he started talking about sleeping with guys just because you’re attracted to them…that’s why there are so many fragmented females now…smh. From this clip, it seems like Run is coming from a much more mature place on this topic.

There are so many different reasons why tyrese books sell, the main reason being he’s a celebrity and his overwhelming sex appeal is attractive to women all over the world. The content is quite refreshing and extremely straight forward; however, I believe he can go a lot deeper in his books. Surface writing is good, and most women can relate to his point of view; but, the surface is a place that hides all the pain. Until someone has experienced severe pain, they won’t be able to tap into their own soul where the deepest and darkest places reveal the greatest truths.

As I listened while in Barnes and Noble I was astonished at how the dialogue turned to the pleasures of intimacy so quickly. Tyreses sex appeal is overwhelming and his straightforwardness is what’s alway arouses the women. His comical genius keeps the women interested an yet the content of the book is rarely delved into on a deep and soulful level. Rev is as laid back as they come and you can feel the maturity and growth in every comment. They are a perfect odd couple promoting a book from two polar seasons. I’m enjoying the read but they could go a lot deeper into both of their truths.

there are so many issues w/in the black community that this book won’t address that cause black men and black women to be so vile in the way they treat each other…it’s useless to even bother w/ such a book.

black women forced to raise their children alone because they pick these bum a$$ thugs who were raised by their single mothers simply repeat the cycle of abuse, abandonment, neglect, and poverty.

empower a woman and you will change the black community because black women are the first and most times only teachers of children. I see abuse everyday on the bus I take to work in SE DC. these women get on the bus 3 kids in tow, fussing and screaming at them, hitting and yelling at them if the child so much as speaks or doesn’t move fast enough. never a “father” in site. then they take their seats and get on their phones, most likely texting some low life bum that they have for some odd reason pinned hopes and dreams on while ignoring the reality that they are alone in caring for their children and should rise to the occasion, make better choices in the future and teach their SONS and daughters to respect and love themselves. but they don’t and this disappointment in black men who fail them leads to rage and manifests itself as abuse toward their children. I see it everyday! i blame black women AND black men. black women because you should stop trolling behind these bum a$$ ninjas and black men because you need to understand that you don’t get respect on GP of being born with a penis. You get respect when you take responsibility for the choices you make!

don’t get me started w/ black folks today….sometimes i feel like we’re a lost cause.
