CASSIE ANNOUNCES MIXTAPE DATE

Before teasing with a rendition of Trinidad James’s hit, Cassie announced that she was releasing a new mixtape, entitled #RockaByeBaby. But fans got restless when seeing that there was always talk of a mixtape, but no actual release date.

Well, earlier this week, Cassie took to her Twitter to announce that she is finally dropping the mixtape:

Thank you to my always patient and loving supporters. This is the official date of ‘RockaByeBaby’s’ release date. April 11th, 2013.

It’s been a long time coming. Cassie has teased us with a couple of official single releases, but no real follow-through. But hopefully this mixtape will hold fans over until things are solidified with her sophomore project, which will release via Bad Boy/Interscope Records.
