Following the dapper debut of “Suit & Tie” comes an ode to everlasting love.

Justin Timberlake’s new music visual for “Mirrors” is a love story dedicated to his grandparents, William and Sadie.

The eight-minute track –– which was directed by The Runaways’ Floria Sigismondi –– is a song that calls for reflection, and the contemplation of the idea of eternal devotion between two people. The buzz worthy new album The 20/20 Experience is now available.

I was wondering why J.T. wasn’t in the beginning of the clip and once the story came to life he wasn’t needed and then he Gene Kelly’d his way into it… This is not a great song to me. He has better singles on this decent cd, but I love he did tribute this to his grandparents.

FINALLY a new song bc S&T is shit. Yet JT didnt get the memo bc he was pushing that annoying song like cheater kids did girl on fire. every 10 sec it was that beer bud light commercial or that credit car ad. BOTH SONGS SUCK.

Not sure I agree at all, I loved Suit & Tie and I’m pretty sure most other people did too. Or maybe it’s just me?

It’s no secret that Justin Timberlake is an exception in black culture for “Blue Eyed Soul”. Britney Spears isn’t. Robin Thicke, JoJo, Justin Timberlake, etc….

  8. I love the song! The video was ok. Should’ve just been him in the mirrors instead of the dancers joining him. The older couple in the video reflect how many people think of their significant others no matter what.

I actually like the song alot. The lyrics are very deep. I’m not too keen on its video though. It never makes sense to me when videos don’t match a song’s content.

  11. I love this video! It’s a beautiful tribute to love and how in marriage life with your equal is not going to be great be you still love them with all your soul. I Loved that it’s tribute to his grandparents and I think the older people were suppose to be his grandparents ,so the part where he gets the ring is a symbolic way of him saying he will be with his wife even after she has grey hair. I read in a article that his grandparents were married for 63 years and his grandfather died last year.

this is actually one of my favorite songs on the album..however the video was a disappointment. I get the concept it’s just not cohesive enough. His dancing segment to me didn’t belong at all..

I’m not sure why people are bashing Suit & Tie or anything Justin Timberlake related for the matter. I’ve said this many times before and I’ll say it again – I’ve loved everything JT has ever put out. Does that make me biased? Maybe. Either way, JT is the bomb so don’t diss the JT.

I have watched Justin from a child to adulthood. He has matured into a very talented man who uses his art to express himself. I love all his music especially Suit and Ties and Mirrors. My only comment is that he should put a little more thought into what he is saying in his songs. Believe it or not many young people look up to him. My 10 year old grandson being one of them. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place when he asked me what a “fatty” was basically what the words were referring to when it mentioned “hit” and “habit”, “vapors” and “high”. Justin has appeared to have become a mature gentleman at his age and I would hope he wouldn’t want his own children questioning him if he had any. Still love his music and always will. Just don’t like having to explain “slang” to my grandson who by the way is very smart and has a way of getting to the truth himself.
