Check out the official video for singer-rapper Kat Dahlia‘s “Gangsta” single. Raised by Cuban-born parents in Miami Beach, she was signed to industry veteran Sylvia Rhone’s label (Vested In Culture) last year and just finished up her debut album.
Kat also released a bundle of tracks (“Gangsta,” “Money Party” and “Mirror”) from her upcoming debut, which is available for download on iTunes.

I hear a hint of “Rihanna” in her tone….cool though.
I agree. Her other songs also gives me a “hint of Rihanna.” Her voice is kinda harder though.

POSER!!
Sometimes spelled “poseur,” a poser is someone who attempts to assimilate themselves into a particular group with the intent to be accepted, usually on a very superficial level. Often the individual has little knowledge of the group and may adjust their physical appearance, attitude, and philosophies accordingly, and use other tactics to convince members of the group into thinking that they are legitmate. Posers are generally are found in every sub-culture. This person claims to be of something while having no real familiarity with it that they should be labeled as such.
Hey anonymous777…it seems that you are the “poser”, in the vibe that you are afraid to give your name and follow your comment…
Yes, a female Rapper who has all of her clothes on and still sells the sexiness! A song with a storyline that females can relate to. Her sound comes across between “Rihanna” and “Nelly Furtado” but still “Kat Dahlia” has her own sound. She made this song happen without using one word of profanity, now that’s what I’m talking about. I love the growl. You roar young lady, you will go far!
lov it
Hotter than hot!!!! Scorching!!!!
