On Monday, Keshia Knight Pulliam made a splash on the Wendy Williams show when she graced the couch in a crimson get up that flaunted, all too well, her newly chiseled swimmer legs.
Amongst other things, the Rudy Huxtable personality had much to say about the faulty photos that went viral and defamed her glorious bod.
As a woman, no matter what, even if you don’t look like that, I was mortified! I had that moment where you like fall out in your closet… but I realize that I could either be defeated by it or inspired by it. Not only was it not flattering, but I feel like they may have done something to it, a little bit –– cause I walked naked out of the shower, looked in the mirror, posed and was like ‘Yea, I don’t look like that, I ‘m good.’
But Keisha is not at all sweating the hate, and goes on to discuss hair maintenance, her Atlanta crib and who she’s currently in love with through a charming smirk, stating, “Am in love? With me!”
The Jersey native agreed to participate in the new ABC reality TV series not only because she loves to swim (though it focuses on competitive diving), but she felt strongly about the lack of Black female representation in the higher levels of the sport (i.e. the Olympics).
Kudos to Keshia and her auspicious television feat! Make sure to tune in for the premier tonight, Tuesday Mar 19 8/7c on ABC.
