Concrete Loop sat down with Chef Roble and chatted with the rising celebrity Chef about the second season of his hit Bravo TV show, Chef Roble & Co.
The popular reality TV personality also opened about about what inspired him to become a chef and shared tips for people who are interesting in cooking.

HOW DID YOU KNOW YOU WANTED TO BECOME A CHEF?
I didn’t decide that I was gonna actually cook, until my mom decided for me. I didn’t know what I was gonna do, in terms of a career after high school. I thought I wanted to do one thing, but then I figured out I didn’t want to do that. She said, “You know what, you’re really great at cooking. The best cooking school in the world is right down the road. You should apply there and be a chef.” And I’m like, that makes a lot of sense..
ONE TIP FOR ASPIRING COOKS?
Cook with things that are in season. So if, you’re in the winter or the fall, don’t cook with corn because corn is only good in the late spring and the summer. Unless you want to use canned corn or frozen corn, which I would never ever cook with ever.
FAVORITE CELEBRITY YOU COOKED FOR SO FAR?
Tyson Chandler from the NY Knicks. because he is a friend now, hooked me up with basketball tickets. I met some other NBA guys that hooked me up with more basketball tickets. I got the connect now. [laughs]
