Although Toni Braxton announced a retirement from music, she posted some new info on social media that alluded to new music. This would reunite her with long time business and music partner Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds and a new deal inked with Motown Records.
Babyface was responsible for creating magic on Toni’s early albums, creating a sultry sound and image early on in her career, so fans have been raving on Twitter about the two collaborating again.
In addition to tweeting a photo of the two reunited, Toni also said to tune in to tonight’s episode of Braxton Family Values at 9 PM on WeTV to get more information about her new music.
Should be interesting. Toni Braxton has found more success as a reality star than with her albums for a couple of years now. Hopefully, this reunion with Kenny will create some amazing songs and some interest in her new project.
