Media mogul Oprah Winfrey has picked up yet another non-scripted reality TV show, Crazy.Sexy.Life.
The 59-year-old media icon recently approved a documentary-series that follows the lives of four female Harlem residents, who happen to be long-time friends.
OWN president, Sheri Salata, released a statement about the show, saying:
We feel strongly that Crazy.Sexy.Life. will resonate with our viewers. Set against the backdrop of America’s most vibrant and competitive city, this show details what real life is all about for a quartet of very different personalities who have embraced one another as ‘family’ for more than a decade, and who depend on one another unconditionally.
Viewers will get an interior look at the lives of Kiyah, Bershan, Chenoa and Tiffany, zeroing in on their day-to-days in New York City, personally and professionally.
Reminiscent of shows like Sex and the City and Girlfriends, Crazy.Sexy.Life. is bound to be enticing. OWN debuts its newest addition on Tuesday, September 3 at 10 p.m.
The show is slated to return in early 2014. Peep the sneak peek up top!
