We’re sure NBA’s legend Michael Jordan was relieved when a judge, according to TMZ, put an end to the lies of his alleged baby mama, Pamela Smith.
Smith filed a paternity suit back in February of this year claiming the former basketball star fathered her then 16-year-old son, Grant Pierce Jay Jordan Reynolds who goes by the name Taj. To prove the allegations, she ordered that a paternity test was given but wanted full custody and child support from MJ.
Sadly, this was all a big publicity stunt, as pointed out by a judge. Not only did she fail to mention that in 2003 she was well aware MJ was not the father, but she hired a publicist before seeking out a lawyer.
What was once her plan to cash in on Jordan’s fame has now back fired. In the end, the judge ordered Pamela Smith to pay Michael Jordan’s legal bills in the amount of $9,704.13. Yup, right down to the penny. Guess she won’t pull that stunt again, huh?
