All hasn’t been well on the family front between Tameka Foster and Usher.
Since the tragic passing last year of Tameka’s son Ryan after sustaining injuries from a jet ski accident, and Usher being granted full custody of their sons, it goes without saying that this time has been especially trying on Foster.
With the near drowning on August 5th of their son Usher Raymond V (who was being watched by Usher’s aunt at the time), Tameka has stepped up to get more rights in regards to her children. According to TMZ, Foster has filed legal docs in Georgia for an emergency hearing this week. She believes her children are in danger, and is fighting for custody of her sons. Currently Usher holds full custody of their sons, and Tameka has limited custodial rights.
Tameka primarily lists Usher’s aunt as the reason she believes her sons are in danger.
Tameka has complained about the aunt in the past — alleging she once let a stalker in the house where Usher and the kids were staying. Tameka also says the aunt is too physical in disciplining the kids. [...]
Hopefully things work out for Tameka’s sake, and the welfare of her children.
