Soul songbird Brandy Norwood brought some live energy to the 24th Annual African Festival of the Arts in Chicago, IL over the weekend!
As the headliner of the 3 day event, the “Put It Down” singer rocked the crowd in Washington Park and closed out the festivities on Labor Day (September 2).
Decked in a matching blazer and shorts, Ms. Norwood performed some of her biggest hits like “I Wanna Be Down,” “Sittin’ On Top of the World” and new songs like “Do You Know?” and “Wildest Dreams.”
After performing, “Who Is She To You? Bran-Nu chatted with the crowd for a bit and joked about the reports surrounding her supposed 40-person South Africa show, saying:
Wow. Like OMG! It’s like more than 40 people out here! Like OMG!
