After Kanye West‘s candid interview with BBC 1 hit the web for all to hear and see, many people grew to understand the Chicago rapper, while others were completely turned off by him.
Known for his epic spooof videos, ABC’s late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel decided to spoof his favorite part of West’s recent interview. Kimmel hired two children to re-enact the interview with a skit called, “Kanye Kid Re-Kreation.”
Well, Mr. West caught wind of it and on Thursday night (September 26), the outspoken 36 year-old artist took to his Twitter account, hit CAPS LOCK and posted his anger for all of twitterverse to see.
JIMMY KIMMEL IS OUT OF LINE TO TRY AND SPOOF IN ANY WAY THE FIRST PIECE OF HONEST MEDIA IN YEARS. JIMMY KIMMEL, I DON’T TAKE IT AS A JOKE…. YOU DON’T HAVE SCUM BAGS HOPPING OVER FENCES TRYING TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR DAUGHTER. JIMMY KIMMEL PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES … OH NO THAT MEANS YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN TOO MUCH GOOD P**SY IN YOUR LIFE… YOU CAN’T PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES. YOUR FACE LOOKS CRAZY… IS THAT FUNNY?… OR IF I HAD A KID SAY IT WOULD IT BE FUNNY??? SHOULD I DO A SPOOF ABOUT YOUR FACE OR YOU FUCKING BEN AFFLECK… (hashtag)NODISRESPECTTOBENAFFLECK (hashtag)ALLDISRESPECTTOJIMMYKIMMEL!!!! I LIKE YOU, YOU KNOW ME, I WENT TO YOUR FAMILY’S WEDDING. WHO YOU MADE IT CLEAR TO ME WASN’T YOUR FAMILY WHEN I WAS ON THEN PHONE WITH YOU 5 MINUTES AGO, YOU MANIPULATIVE MEDIA MUTHERF**KER. SARAH SILVERMAN IS A THOUSAND TIMES FUNNIER THAN YOU AND THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS IT!!!
Yeezy ended his session with two self-made memes, making fun of the talk show host.
Coincidentally, Ye’s tweets happened right before the live airing of Kimmel’s show. Jimmy shared some of Kanye’s tweets and revealed that West actually called him earlier that day and was highly upset. In fact, according to Kimmel, West requested that Kimmel issue a public apology:
And that was really the only choice — the other choice he gave was ‘my life … your life is going to be much better if I apologize,’ and then he started tweeting today. [...] And by the way, he told me on the phone — and I swear to God this is true– ‘I am the most powerful voice in media. I am PAC.’ He said ‘PAC’ a few times to me. I guess he means Tupac.[...] Does Kanye West know he’s not supposed to be his own hype man? [...] Finally, I’m in a rap feud. I always wanted to be in a rap feud.
