Fantasia held the official ‘The Side Effects of You’ album launch party at XL Nightclub on Tuesday (April 23) in New York City. The 28 year-old hit the red carpet and spoke exclusively with CL’s Angel Laws about her new found confidence, as well learning to count her blessings.

I’m just at a different place in my life, where I’m comfortable in my own skin. And I’m happy with the decisions that I’m making. I’m happy with the album and the things that I’m speaking about. So I decided, you know, no more drama, no more hard days. Because when we wake up in the morning, it’s just a blessing to be here. So I’m in my life right now, I just wake up in the morning. I’m happy to see another day. My children are blessed and I’m comfortable to be in my own skin.

The LoveJones NYC sponsored event featured performances from singers Kenny Lattimore, Joe, Monifah and more. Other celebrity appearances included: Missy Elliott, Mona Scott-Young and LoveJones NYC founder J. Harris.

‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Porsha Stewart sat down with Bravo’s Andy Cohen and revealed all the shocking details of her pending divorce from Kordell Stewart.

Sitting next to a shocked Vivica A. Fox on the ‘Watch What Happens Live set, the reality star shared the emotional details surrounding the situation and even revealed that she found out about everything online!

I was totally blindsided. At the reunion I did feel some kind of way because I did want my husband there with me, but I was standing strong representing for my family. I was a wife, that’s my title and that’s what I took on and had ownership of. When I found out about the divorce it was absolutely a surprise.

Rapper Tyga, his girlfriend model Blac Chyna and their 6 month-old son King Cairo were all smiles out in Disney Land this past weekend.

Iyanla Vanzant to help fix her relationship with her ex-husband, former NFL star Bob Whitfield and to get over the past hurt she has suffered.

Earlier this week, the multi-talented Lianne La Havas blessed New York City’s Webster Hall with an amazing performance. The 23 year-old rising star with the smooth milky voice, had some audience members in tears when she started the show off with the catchy track, “No Room For Doubt.”

Lianne also performed the title track to her debut album, ‘Is Your Love Big Enough?’ and of course the soul churning fan favorite “Lost & Found.” Check out some of the exclusive video we got from the show above.

Rapper Big Sean and ‘GLEE’ actress Naya Rivera attended the ’42′ Los Angeles premiere at TCL Chinese Theatre on Wednesday (April 9) in Hollywood, California.
