Rihanna wears Love/Hate Convertible Chain sunglasses in black as she leaves Philippe Chow restaurant in NYC. The singer was carrying a Balenciaga Brilliant Pouchette Bague and rocked Giuseppe Zanotti For Balmain Fall 09′ Boots with her J Brand ripped skinny jeans.
Rihanna caught some fire from authorities last week after she was spotted tattooing without a license. She apparently did three tattoos that evening - including one on her personal tattoo artist Bang Bang - with a umbrella on his lower leg at his shop.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs poses with Ashton Kutcher & Demi Moore at annual White Party held at a private residence on Saturday (July 4) in Beverly Hills, CA. The event also helped to raise awareness for Malaria No More, an organization that is determined to end malaria deaths.
Many celebs rolled out to party with Combs and Kutcher, which included Chris Brown, Meagan Good, Estelle, Busta Rhymes, Lil Kim, Kim Porter,Cassie, Vanessa Simmons, Teyana Taylor, Amber Rose and more.

The Dream was photographed getting cozy with his fiancé Christina Milian, while performing at JET Nightclub at The Mirage on July 4th. The two were seen partying and dancing together as The Dream worked a full house.
The newly engaged couple are both featured on last cover for Vibe magazine, where Milian poses topless and The Dream covers her. The inside photo spread features more racy photos of the two, with one similar to that of Yoko Ono and John Lennon’s infamous Rolling Stone cover.

Jay-Z and Ciara started their five-city summer tour at The Pearl concert theater at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas on Friday night. Ciara is the opening act for Jay-Z, and they will be performing again at Palms Casino on July 4th.
Jay-Z is set to release his new album The Blueprint 3 in September of this year.

Steph Jones and Americal Idol winner Jordin Sparks pose for a photo at Steph’s “20th Something” birthday party Friday night. The party was held at Castle Ivar in Los Angeles, California.

It’s been a minute, but this week’s Show Stopper is Alicia Keys at the 2009 BET Awards. While most of the ladies did it up very flashy, or fleshly, Alicia kept it soft, simple and stunning wearing this green sequined Jenny Packham dress.
Alicia glowed on the red carpet and on stage when she received BET’s 2009 Humanitarian Award winner for her work in the charity she co-founded, Keep A Child Alive. Keys’ appearance on the BET Awards Show Sunday night also reportedly raised more than $130,000 from more than 26,000 mobile donors who texted their donations. Now that’s a real show stopper…
