“To win, we have to lose.” That’s the message of HBO’s four-part documentary The Weight of the Nation, which tackles the nation’s obesity crisis and offers a rude awakening as men and women recount their tales of how hard it is going from fat to fit.
The CDC estimates 36 percent of American adults are obese along with 17 percent of children. According to a recent study, 42 percent of American adults will be obese by 2030. Tune in Mon., May 14 and Tues., May 15 at 8 p.m. ET and commit to helping fight obesity.

Check out Episode 1 of ‘Philly Painting’, which chronicles a massive neighborhood beautification project in North Philadelphia. Famed ‘Favela Painting’ artistsJeroen Koolhaas and Dre Urhahn (known as Haas & Hahn) have teamed up with some Philly residents to bring life back to the streets of Germantown and Lehigh Avenues.
