I’ve been getting emails left and right about how dope the Screamfest was last night. The concert was held at Madison Square Garden and they definitely did it big this time around. Here is an eye witness account:
The show was crazy last night. From the surprise guests to the performances. The best part of da show was when 50 brought da entire G-Unit to perform ‘I Get Money.’ Yung Joc brought out Diddy to perform with him. Then the most amazing thing happened T.I. brought out the 1 and only Hov and he performed ‘Encore.’ Then Kanye came out and performed ‘Cant tell me nothing!’ It was amazing to have T.I., Hov, Kanye, 50, Diddy, and the one man band man Swizzy. T.I is a great performer.

Solange Knowles performed a preview of her upcoming album last night as part of the “R&B Live” Concert Series. Her family came out to Spotlight showing support, as well as other young stars and randoms.
Solange’s is currently fine tuning the new album titled “Solange & The Hadley Street Dreams”. She also recently signed a worldwide co-publishing deal with EMI Music Publishing after being recognized for her lyrical work on songs for Destiny’s Child, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Trin-I-Tee 5:7, and sister Beyoncé.
50 Cent surprised many when he came out on stage with Ciara during the Scream tour in Hampton, Va. For a pair that says they’re not seeing each other, it sure don’t seem like it…especially when 50 Cent refers to Ciara as the future of r&b.
And for him to randomly pop up on stage with her? Hmmm…I don’t know about these two.
