Meet Mel Carter, the 21-year-old aspiring rapper and nephew of hip hop mogul, Jay-Z. Much like his uncle, Mel (real name, Ramel Carter) grew up in a tiny apartment in the notorious Marcy Projects in Brooklyn, before settling down in New Jersey.
