RHONETTA JOHNSON FROM AMERICAN IDOL

If you didnt catch American Idol last night, you missed out. Ms. Rhonetta (who happens to be from NC) went buck while after being rejected by the judges. When offered a sip (from Paula’s bubbly water) for her parched throat, Rhonetta just shook her head. But after she left the judging room she stated, “She had the nerve to ask me if i wanted some bubbly water. you think ima drink off her? she should be drinking off me!” Then she proceeded to go on with more disses about Paula.
All I gotta say was that shit was funny. Somebody need to youtube it already!!!

CASSIDY Guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter

*SPOTTED AT NAHRIGHT.COM* Baby-faced rapper Cassidy was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and aggravated assault Tuesday in what prosecutors called the planned ambush of a man who had argued with the musician’s friends. The 23-year-old Cassidy (real name: Barry Reese) was grossly negligent for supplying the guns that killed Desmond Hawkins and wounded two of his companions, Common Pleas Judge Jane Cutler Greenspan said at the end of a two-day non-jury trial. Isiah Thomas Is Accused of Harassment .

*SPOTTED AT CRUNK & DISORDERLY* New York Knicks team president Isiah Thomas is accused of sexual harassment and discrimination by one of the team’s former front-office employees in a federal lawsuit. Anucha Browne Sanders claims Thomas made unwanted sexual advances toward her and refused to stop, according to the lawsuit filed Tuesday in federal court in Manhattan. Thomas and Madison Square Garden are listed as the defendants in the lawsuit, which charges them with sex discrimination and retaliation. (read more)

I’ve never even heard about this award show before, but it sounds positive. He is some info:

Annually the Trumpet Awards honors African-American achievements in diverse fields including law, business, politics, medicine and entertainment. The 2006 Trumpet Awards will be aired, for the second year, on TV one. Tapes of the ceremony are made available to schools throughout the country. “The Trumpet Awards is more than glamour and glitz, even though we look forward to the atmosphere that adds to the occasion,” said Xernona Clayton, founder and executive producer of the Trumpets. “The Trumpet Awards send a message across America and abroad, especially to young students, that African Americans are doing things second to none and have much to be proud of.”
