♫ Leona Lewis feat. Cassidy - Nowhere Left to Go (full) - listen
Check out a new track from Leona Lewis, produced by Stargate and featuring Cassidy. The song was apparently for the US release of her album, Spirit, but didn’t make the cut. It seems as though Leona is rereleasing the project in the UK, just in time for Christmas, with this track on the set. I like the song, it shows that Leona can do midtempos, and that her voice isn’t only suited for ballads, which is what my first impression was, after hearing her smash, “Bleeding Love.”

♫ Musiq Soulchild feat. Mary J. Blige - If U Leave (full) - listen
I was expecting something different from Musiq this time around, especially after the release of that first single, “Radio,” but “If U Leave” definitely finds Musiq going back to his soul roots. His voice sounds amazing on this song to me, I’ve always appreciated him as a vocalist. He and Mary compliment eachother very well on this song, it will definitely be in constant rotation in my iTunes. Love this sound.

♫ LeToya Luckett feat. Avant - Somebody Else (full) - listen
“Torn, Part 2?” This sounds exactly like LeToya’s first single from her debut solo album, but hey, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! LeToya dropped a buzz single last year, entitled “Swagger” and we were promised an album no later than June of this year, but it’s definitely still being worked on. From what I’ve heard, there’s not even a working album title yet. Anyway, I enjoyed LeToya’s first effort for what it was, but I hope she doesn’t try to stick with that same formula of singing over majority rap beats. No word on whether or not “Somebody Else” is Toya’s first single yet.

♫ Jadakiss feat. Ne-Yo - By My Side (full) - listen
Always been a fan of Jadakiss, his delivery has always been choice to me and I always love to hear him on features on some of my favorite R&B songs. It’s been a minute since I’ve heard anything I’ve heard from Jadakiss, so I guess now is as good to come back with a Ne-Yo feature as any! “By My Side” is the new single from Jadakiss’s upcoming project, which I was pleasantly surprised to hear about through a promotional e-mail, providing this new single.

♫ Keri Hilson feat. Lil’ Wayne - Turn Off (full) - listen
Rumored to be the second single from Keri’s album, In A Perfect World…, due out October 14th, here’s “Turn Off.” People have been buzzing about this song ever since information about it leaked, but here is the unmastered version of the track. The track was produced by Polow Da Don, with whom Keri is signed via Interscope Records. Even though I like “Turn Off,” I think that Keri should release “Do It” as the next single. I think it has a more radio-friendly appeal.

♫ Tank - I Luv It (full) - listen
R&B crooner Tank is supposedly working on a fourth studio album. He recently had an album listening party here in Atlanta, where listeners got to meet and greet as well as get a taste of what’s going on with Tank’s new project. I really enjoyed Tank’s vocal performance on Sex, Love & Pain so I’m eager to see what choices are made for this new project. “I Luv It” was produced by the Underdogs, with whom Tank has done a lot of work with and for, with his songwriting.

♫ Ciara feat. The Dream - Keep Dancing (full) - listen
I was expecting something a little different from a song called “Keep Dancing,” but then again, why? The only thing I’ve really heard from the Ciara project that I’ve liked so far are “High Price” (that took forever to grow on me) and “Echo.” I expected the Ciara’s collaborations with The Dream would be phenomenal, and even though Ciara’s not a stellar vocalist, I don’t even like her delivery on this one. I was behind Ciara full force last time with The Evolution. But I’m not loving anything from this yet…

♫ Estelle feat. Sean Paul - Come Over (Remix) (full) - listen
Check out the new single from British R&B songstress, Estelle. I really love this girl’s voice, it’s like water over the track. I thought that Sean Paul was coming out with a new album as well? I don’t remember, but did he have a single out at one time? I think they sound good together, I like the chemistry. I can’t wait to see what Estelle is going to do with her second US release. She has a good buzz, so she’s gotta keep it coming.

♫ Robin Thicke - The Sweetest Love (full) - listen
Check out the second single from Robin Thicke’s new album, “The Sweetest Love.” I think he gave us a little something unexpected with the first single, “Magic,” and it seemed to have caught on really well. I think “The Sweetest Love” will be something that he will reconnect to his fans with, especially those who fell in love with Thicke on his second album, The Evolution of Robin Thicke. A lot of folks don’t even realize that A Beautiful World was his first album.

♫ Ne-Yo feat. Jamie Foxx & Fabolous - She Got Her Own (full) - listen
Here’s the remix to Ne-Yo’s second single, “Miss Independent.” In all honesty, this is a completely different song to me. Ne-Yo actually just shot a video for this new song in LA over the past weekend. It’s supposed to feature more of the industry’s most independent girls. With Jamie Foxx on the track, does this mean he’s coming out with another album? We’ll see. It’s crazy to me that Jamie started to hang around Tank on his last album, Unpredictable, and now he just starts to sound like him to me.

♫ Ciara feat. Missy Elliott - Work (full) - listen
So, it seems as though more Ciara material is leaking after the mixed reviews of her new single, “Go Girl.” Admittedly, it wasn’t what I expected, and I definitely haven’t really listen to it since the day it leaked. I was hoping that I’d allow it some time to grow on me, but I haven’t. “Work,” however, is significantly different. It’s a little more fun and upbeat, and of course, it features the always-experimental Missy Elliott. The song is said to be produced by Danjahandz, and will appear on the new album, Fantasy Ride.

♫ Ryan Leslie - When We Dance (full) - listen
Ryan Leslie just released a video for his new single, “Addicted,” featuring Cassie, but I just haven’t found myself extremely interested in his efforts as a solo artist. All the songs pretty much sound alike to me, and although I think that Leslie is a talented producer and I think he’s very intelligent (the man went to Harvard, for goodness sake), I just can’t seem to get over his corniness. “When We Dance” is no different from any of his other efforts.

♫ Keri Hilson feat. Tank - Do It (full) - REMOVED
Check out this hot new track from Keri Hilson. “Do It” was rumored to be Keri’s follow-up single to “Energy.” The track features none other than Tank, who happens to be one of my favorite male vocalists. The track samples the ever popular LL Cool J “Doin’ It,” which samples Grace Jone’s “My Jamaican Guy.” I actually love this track.

♫ Pussycat Dolls feat. Missy Elliott - Whatchu Think About That (full) - listen
I’m sorry it took me so long to post this new Pussycat Dolls song, featuring Missy Elliott. “Whatchu Think About That” is pretty cool production wise, but it took me a really long time to really get into the song. So far, I’m not sure what directions the Dolls are trying to go in for this album, it seems a tad bit all over the place. Maybe as more tracks leak, I’ll understand their material a little better.
