THE NEW MUSIC REVIEW

Chris Brown – Wait For You (full) – listen
Chris Brown is already working on a new album, a follow-up to his latest album, Fame, entitled Fortune. He already released a first single, “Strip,” and considering how often Chris is in the studio writing and recording, it’s no telling whether or not this new track, “Wait For You,” will be featured on the album.

Brandy – Silent Night (full) – listen
This track got posted a little while ago, but here’s the final version of Brandy’s track, “Silent Night,” produced by Kadis & Sean. Brandy is presently in the studio working on the follow up to her last album, Human. No word on the album title or a solid date, but Brandy has been Ustreaming with Sean Garrett, and hopes to release a single at the top of 2012.

Kevin Cossom – Where You Are (full) – listen
Kevin Cossom has been trying to boost his visibility. Doing interviews and tracks leaking, and he also mentioned that he’s working on a second mixtape, Hook vs. Bridge 2. Check out this new track entitled “Where You Are.” Not positive on who the producer is, considering that Kevin’s relationships with several producers, given his influence as a writer, is great.

Here’s a brand new track, “More,” produced by hitmaker Jim Jonsin, who has been responsible for some huge hits over the past couple of years. THE NEW MUSIC REVIEW

Anthony Hamilton feat. Keri Hilson – Never Let Go (full) – listen
Anthony Hamilton’s new album, Back to Love hits stores on December 13th and it seems as though he is keeping up with his consistent sound. Have a listen and what’s supposed to be the soul singer’s next single, featuring none other than singer/songwriter Keri Hilson.

Ester Dean – Death of Us (full) – listen
No stranger to demoing for other artists, it’s no surprised that Ester Dean, who is responsible for writing over half of Rihanna’s latest album, Talk That Talk, has demos leak all the time. Check out “Death of Us,” a leftover demo from the sessions of Rihanna’s new album.

K. Michelle – For My Cinderellas (full) – listen
Since the merger of Jive Records, K. Michelle has still be working on her debut album, Pain Medicine and remaining afloat with the release of mixtapes. The latest of her material to surface is the track, “For My Cinderellas.” Since she’s always working, there’s no telling whether or not this was even meant for her album.

JoJo – Last Heart Standing (full) – listen
Still waiting on JoJo’s often delayed third album, Jumping Trains, but it seems that tracks can’t help but to leak. A clearly unfinished pop track, “Last Heart Standing” just seems to be another demo that got lost in the sauce. Hopefully, we get Jumping Trains at the first quarter of next year.

THE NEW MUSIC REVIEW

DJ Komori & Cassie – Sound of Love (full) – listen
Cassie has been making a splash back on the music scene. Check out this brand new track, produced by DJ Komori with the Bad Boy signee’s vocals. Although, always a fan of Cassie’s delivery, this production is a little overbearing. Something about the mix seems really loud.

Check out the latest from Wale, who is gearing up to release his sophomore album, Ambition. The new track features Maybach Music boss Rick Ross, as well as Miami-based singer/songwriter, Kevin Cossom, who is also working on his debut album. Wale’s album is set to hit stores November 1st.

Crystal Nicole – Haunted Heart (full) – listen
Songwriter Crystal Nicole, more widely known as Cristyle, is working on her debut album, so it’ll be interesting to see how much of the material that leaks is actually hers, considering being an accomplished songwriter. It’ll be difficult to tell whether or not these tracks are meant for her, or simply demos for other artists.

THE NEW MUSIC REVIEW

Tank feat. Keri Hilson – She Got That (full) – listen
Material from Tank leaks so frequently because he’s always in the studio, writing and recording for himself as well as other artists. It’s no telling where this latest track comes from, considering that Tank recently released a brand new first single from his upcoming studio album, Savior.

Kevin Cossom – I Know You’ve Been Hurt (full) – listen
Singer/songwriter Kevin Cossom is still working out the kinks of his debut project. More and more material seems to be surfacing from the famed songwriter, potentially from his first album. It’s not a wonder though, considering that Kevin has relationships with some of the hottest producers in the game right now.

Jazmine Sullivan – Fly & Sexy (full) – listen
It seems like ever since she went on her Twitter rant about taking a break from music, an unreleased track from Jazmine Sullivan’s catalog seems to surface. It seems like every week, there’s a new leak or two from her. It’s interesting to hear the songs that she scrapped for her first two albums. Maybe we can get Jazmine back in the game soon. Her voice is too dope to go to waste.

Ne-Yo feat. Trey Songz & T-Pain – The Way You Move (full) – listen
Check out brand new music from Ne-Yo, who has randomly been jumping on a lot of remixes lately, much like Trey Songz, who is also featured on this new track, “The Way You Move,” which is reportedly supposed to appear on DJ Boy Wonda’s upcoming mixtape, Tough Love.
