Chris Brown feat. Kevin McCall – Strip (full) – listen
“Deuces” collaborators Chris Brown and Kevin McCall reunite for the brand new song, “Strip,” produced by The Bizness. Chris Brown is ready to release his brand new mixtape, Boy In Detention on August 5th. Perhaps the new track will appear on the tracklisting.

Miguel – Superhero (full) – listen
Crooner Miguel has been writing and recording music for years, since before his debut album, All I Want Is You, so there’s no telling whether or not “Superhero” is new material or if it’s something he cooked up a while back. Either way, it’s good to hear music from him.

Joe – Gone Away (full) – listen
“Gone Away,” some new material that’s surfaced from Joe is produced by The Neptunes, with Pharrell chatting at the top of the record. It kind of feels like The Neptunes’s earlier work, from the early 2000′s, which had a really feel-good vibe. Supposedly, Joe is working on a new album, with no official information out yet.

Kevin Cossom feat. Joe Budden – Cold (full) – listen
We haven’t heard much from Kevin Cossom since the release of his single, “Baby, I Like It,” featuring Fabolous and Diddy, however he is still hard at work on his debut album, which he hopes to get out this year. Check out this brand new track produced by long time friends and collaborators, The Runners.

THE NEW MUSIC REVIEW

Tyrese – Stay (full) – listen
Tyrese is presently working on his new album, Open Invitation, his first album since 2006′s Alter Ego. Not much is known about the project, considering that Tyrese has been hard at work at films. But fans are eagerly awaiting his return to the music industry.

Swizz Beatz – Bonkers (full) – listen
Although not a track from his forthcoming sophomore album, Haute Living, “Bonkers” is material that was recorded from the new set, which is slated to hit stores September 13th. Swizz has produced most of hte album, but has tapped Dr. Dre, Joe Lindsay, Gnyus, Blaqstarr and The Neptunes to lend their talent to the project.

Anthony Hamilton – Why Oh Why (full) – listen
Soul singer Anthony Hamilton is working on a brand new project, tentatively title Popularity. It is his seventh studio album, and his return to the music scene since 2008′s Point of It All. It’s not been said whether or not “Why Oh Why” will appear on the album, but it’s new from him.

Usher feat. Ciara – Hot Tottie (full) – listen
Originally, the Polow Da Don-produced “Hot Tottie” was supposed to feature Ciara, however, the version that appears on his Versus EP features a vocal from Ester Dean. Check out the original version of the track, complete with Ciara’s vocal.

Sean Paul feat. Alexis Jordan – Got 2 Luv U (full) – listen
Check out the brand new single from Sean Paul, “Got 2 Luv U.” The track from the dancehall artist features StarRoc/Roc Nation signee, Alexis Jordan. He is planning to release this new album this fall. It will be Sean Paul’s first album since 2009′s Imperial Blaze.

Shanell – How to Love (full) – listen
Shanell offers up her version of Lil’ Wayne’s current single, “How to Love” from his upcoming album, The Carter IV. Shanell is currently promoting her single, “My Button,” which she has already shot a video for in Los Angeles and is currently putting the finishing touches on it.

Adrienne Bailon – Chase the Wind (full) – listen
Def Jam signee and former Cheetah Girl and 3LW member Adrienne Bailon has been working on her debut solo album for quite some time now. Originally, she had been in the studio with the industry’s top producers and writers, but we’ve yet to really here any material from Adrienne since she began recording. Check out the new track, “Chase the Wind” in it’s rough form. Maybe more from Adrienne later this summer?

Candice Pillay feat. Kelly Rowland – Smooches (full) – listen
Do you remember the track “Smooches” that surfaced last year from Kelly Rowland in preparation for her new album? Well, before, it belonged to Teyana Taylor and now it seems as though Kelly’s old vocals have been tagged on this new version for newcome Candice Pillay’s new single. Admittedly, this was a great track (produced by Bangladesh), but over a year later, are people really expected to take this as a first single?

Beyoncé – Dance For You (full) – listen
As the release of her album draws nearer, tracks from the deluxe edition of 4 have leaked. Beyoncé is offering 3 extra tracks and a few remixes of “Run the World (Girls)” to those who purchase her album at Target. “Dance For You” is obviously one of the track that Bey cooked up with The Dream and his production team at RedZone with those trademark “aye’s” in the background.

JoJo – Limbo (full) – listen
Known for being relentless in the studio, more material leaks from JoJo. It’s no telling whether “Limbo” is from the sessions she had during the recording phases of Jumping Trains when the album was titled All I Want Is Everything. JoJo recently announced that “The Other Chick” is just a buzz single, with an official one dropping this summer, and the album to follow in the fall.

Alicia Keys – Typewriter (full) – listen
Alicia Keys is releasing a 10 year anniversary edition of her debut album, Songs In A Minor with a couple of new tracks, remixes and extended/unreleased versions of songs from the classic album and some exclusive footage. “Typewriter” is one of the tracks from the vault that will be included on the compilation.

Mary J. Blige – Hero (full) – listen
Mary J. Blige is gearing up to release her new album, My Life 2: The Journey Continues. Earlier this week, a song featuring Nicki Minaj leaked, that has been rumored to be the first single. Listed tracks have not indicated that “Hero” will appear on the album.
