Kelly Rowland has found chart-topping success with her track, “Motivation,” but fans were a little eager to see what Kelly was going to come with next for the second single of her much anticipated third studio album, Here I Am.
It looks as though Kelly has an option with the Big Sean-assisted, Hit Boy-produced track, “Lay It On Me.” Kelly has also announced an official release date of July 26th for the new album.

Big Sean’s debut album, Finally Famous has made it’s way to online, with a release date of June 28th. People have been talking about the Kanye West and Roscoe Dash-assisted track, “Marvin Gaye & Chardonnay,” which was co-produced by Pop Wansel and Mike Dean.
Lil’ Wayne – Dear Anne (Stan, Part 2) (full) – listen
Check out Lil’ Wayne over this Swizz Beatz-produced track. “Dear Anne (Stan, Part 2)” is a sequel to Eminem’s track, “Stan,” a song written about a crazed fan, which was release back in 2000. Lil’ Wayne recently aired his Unplugged over the past weekend on MTV2. His new album, The Carter IV is slated to hit stores August 29th.
Cee-Lo Green – (You’re So Square) Baby, I Don’t Care (full) – listen
Cee-Lo has found great success with his latest solo effort, The Lady Killer. A few tracks have begun to surface from those sessions, that actually sound like they could have been made a part of the album. That’s not surprising that the unreleased material still sounds album ready.
K. Michelle – Sweetest Love (full) – listen
Jive signee K. Michelle has material leaking left and right these days. Here’s a listen of a new track entitled “Sweetest Love,” hopefully from her debut album, Pain Medicine, which is slated for release sometime this year.
Not too long ago, Kanye West wrote a song about growing up and not being too fond of his mother’s boyfriends. Check out his personal, unreleased track “Mama’s Boy” which hit the web Monday night.
