JAME FOXX ALBUM NEWS
Just after we posted the new single, “♫ Speak French,” from Jamie Foxx, new information surfaces about his presently untitled, upcoming fourth studio album.
He’s got a roster of some of this year’s hottest songwriters and producers to helm the bulk of his album, including the dynamic duo of The Dream and Tricky Stewart, who produced his first single, “Just Like Me” and the widely popular last single, “Digital Girl,” from 2008’s Intuition.
“He’s one of our favorite artists to work with. When I think of Jamie, I’m always gonna think to pound the urban community,” Tricky tells Rap-Up.com.
“He has a really solid fan base in the urban community and I feel like his pop appeal comes through his personality, so we’ll make sure that we keep the music really urban.”
Rico Love, who also makes contributions to the album, says that Jamie did most of his recording while on tour this summer. There is no set release date for Jamie’s forthcoming album, however, it is said to drop at the top of next year.
