Ludacris has teamed up with Bun B. and Rick Ross for the new single from the Disturbing Tha Peace compilation. The single, “Down In the Durty” is produced by Clinton “Get Familiar” Sparks. It’s interesting, though, Ludacris is always good for coming out with an out to the south. The song goes hard and I can definitely see it being a radio favorite.
Jennifer Lopez went to work on the video for her new single “Do It Well” some days ago. Photographers tried hard to get shots of the latina on the set but, were disappointed when the star was covered by black tents and bodyguards. Looks like all of that was pretty pointless…
“Do It Well” is the first single off her upcoming sixth studio album titled “Brave”. I’m curious to see what this video (directed by David LaChappelle) is going to look like, with her extras and all…
Ciara makes her directorial debut after directing a video for new artist Paula Campbell. You may have heard of Paula via Brian’s new music post - this video is for her first single “Ain’t Nobody Stupid”.
This project with Ciara is part of Glamour magazine’s Reel Music Project, in which she directs a video for one out of three female artists (the other two being Tiffany Evans, Samantha Jade). Readers selected their favorite based on singles placed online.
Trina is looking mighty Rihanna-ish in her photo shoot for her new album, Da Baddest Bitch 2. Her stylists Terrence Davidson & Nadine V hooked her up though, because she does looks good. Asymmetrical haircuts are back with the attack, but if everybody and they mama start getting them again it’s going to be wack. And what the hell kind of diet did she go on? Damn!
Since her last unfortunate event, Kelly has still been making moves thank goodness. Despite canceling a few concerts here and there, she has filmed two videos for the songs “Comeback” and “Work”, which will both be released as singles off her latest album “Ms. Kelly”.
These photos come from the set of “Work”. See more after the cut and at KellyRowlandweb…
Yung Berg recently filmed the video for the remixed version of his hit single ‘Sexy Lady”, which featured Rich Boy and Jim Jones.
Christian “Yung Berg” Ward a.k.a “The Prince Of Chi” has been heating up the radio this summer with this Sexy lady movement, originally featuring R&B singer Junior. His debut album “Look What You Made Me” is set to hit stores later this summer.
No, Kanye West didn’t go crazy at another award show. That’s just a video still from his new video, Stronger. You can check out the song above.
The Fader Blog posted these shots earlier this week and our favorite non-singer Cassie made a cameo. Word is it was directed by Hype Williams and Kanye himself - can’t wait to see this one.
