Singer/songwriter Omarion (pictured above) performed in New York City this past weekend in front of a packed lounge. The 26 year-old performed some of his old hits from B2K and admitted midway through the performance that he didn’t remember the lyrics to 2003 hit “Bump, Bump, Bump”. It also looks like he had a backing track but we aint the ones to judge. View video below..
In related news, Omarion is said to be working on a new album and recently released a new mixtape, The Awakening with positive reviews.
On Sunday night, Tiffany Greene, an excited Nicki Minaj fan had the opportunity to announce and present the winner of the BET Award’s Coca Cola Viewer’s Choice award. Unfortunately, some technical mistakes (on BET’s end) were made and the winners were mixed up (VIEW VIDEO).
Initially, Tiffany announced Chris Brown as the winner, then corrected herself by declaring Rihanna & Drake as the real winners. Drake came to the mic to accept the award and even spoke on how awkward the situation was. However, at the end of the show, BET announced that Brown was in fact the real winner. Confusing right?
Meanwhile, Tiffany became the top trending topic of the night and some tweeters were bombarding her with some hateful messages. She took to her twitter page and said:
20 year-old London Eley was arrested last Friday for trying to solicit a murder on Facebook. Eley posted, “I will pay somebody a stack to kill my baby father” and 18 year-old Timothy Bynum was one of the first people to reply.
The hit was never carried out, but police believe the plot was more than just idle talk. When officers arrested Bynum on Friday, they found a loaded .22 caliber handgun in his apartment, with the serial number partially obliterated.
“We believe there was a real potential for him to carry it out,” said Lt. John Walker of the Southwest Detective Division. “He had the means to make it happen.” [ READ MORE HERE ]
According to Philadelphia Inquirer, Bynum is charged with attempted murder, conspiracy, and related offenses and Eley was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Damn shame.
