Comedian Katt Williams was arrested on burglary and criminal trespass charges in a west Georgia community Sunday night, according to a court official.
Williams, 38, smiled broadly while posing for a mug shot photo at the Coweta County, Georgia, jail.
His first court appearance is set for 4 p.m. ET Monday, where a magistrate will decide if Williams is eligible for bond, said Deborah Matthews, a spokeswoman with the Coweta County Magistrate Court. [ CNN ]
According to MSNBC, Katt broke into someone’s house and stole some items including jewelry. Some of you may remember he was briefly jailed last November for driving without a license plate and having three guns in NYC.
While in Egypt this past weekend, Beyonce had time to visit the Sphinx at the Pyramid Plateau. She is pictured with Zahi Hawass, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, as he talks about ancient Egyptian history.

Hot on the heals of news she and her husband of eight years have separated, Toni Braxton, took to Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills with friends.
So a hot topic on the blogs right now is the recent photo of baseball player Sammy Sosa (from the Dominican Republic) and his wife, Sonya at a Latin Grammy award event last week.
As you can tell his skin looks completely different in the comparison shot with his wife that was taken a few years ago (pictured below).
Many agree that he bleached his skin, some even say that he is suffering from Vitiligo, but a friend of his recently spoke with The Chicago Tribune and said this:
“He’s not trying to be Michael Jackson. He is going through a rejuvenation process for his skin. Women have it all of the time. He was surprised he came out looking so white. I thought it was a body double. Part of (the photo appearance) is just the lighting. He is in the middle of doing a cleansing process to his skin. The picture is deceiving.”
He said, ‘If you saw me in person, you would be surprised. When you see me in person, it is not going to seem like the picture.’
“People who saw him in person did not react the same way. He can’t believe it is such a big deal.” [SOURCE]
Grammy Award-nominated singer/songwriter Janelle Monáe performed in Kia Motors “The Soul Collective” this past weekend in Hollywood.
Word is, her debut EP, Metropolis Suite I of IV: The Chase, will be followed up with Suites II and III, slated for released January 2010.
