I didn’t think Nina Sky was going to come out, but apparently this is the new song from their upcoming album, “The Musical.” I’ve never really been too impressed with them, but I could honestly see myself getting loose to this in the club. I’m not too fond of the lyrics, but I’m digging the semi-crunk beat with the background vocals. It’s sort of hypnotic. Hopefully they’ve stepped up their vocal performance, even though this song didn’t require too much vocal skill.

I don’t hate it, but I don’t like it. I can groove to it, I guess. It’s just her voice… I’m always on the fence about anything that Cassie releases because I feel guilty about digging her! Again, not a spectular voice. It sounds sort of like the production that Jermaine Dupri has been doing, mixed with Ryan Leslie. I’m still gonna cop Cassie’s album when it drops, this girl is really doing her thing this summer.
