With all the recent publicity of Christina Milian’s relationship with singer/songwriter The Dream, some have gotten lost in the sauce and forgot that Milian is actually a recording artist.
Her first single, “Us Against the World,” which debuted on MySpace failed to garner any real attention or radio play, but she’s hooked up with The Dream to produce the majority of her new album, Elope, which is slated to release this summer. “Zipper” is an uptempo club track. Cool for listening, but nothing to write home about.
New couple Christina Milian and The Dream were spotted doing some big spending on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills on Thursday.
The two hit up Dolce & Gabbana, Dior, & Chanel boutiques while on their shopping trip – and The Dream stopped to give out more money to a handicapped homeless man on the street. Looks like a recession ain’t affecting these two one bit!

“It’s a song called “Supersonic” and it’s a duet with The-Dream. This one is super sexy, like an ‘I got this, you got that’ kinda vibe. If you were to make comparisons, it would be like putting R.Kelly and Aaliyah together on a record.”
