The fearsome foursome known as Electrik Red is back with a bit of new music for their fans. Check out their stab at Jay-Z and Kanye’s “That’s My Bitch,” originally produced by Q-Tip, but with some added elements from Adam Blackstone.
The girls are back in the studio recording their sophomore album, a follow-up to 2009′s How To Be A Lady, Vol. 1 The ladies say that you should expect a lot more new music from them, with a single some time this fall.
On their latest bits of new material, Electrik Red has teamed up with the production team Midi Mafia. Check out their new track, “Put Ya Money On It (Africa),” rumored to be taken from the group’s upcoming sophomore album, How to Be A Lady: Volume 2. No word on when the album drops, but the girls are looking forward to release at the top of next year.

The Midi Mafia-produced track, “I’m That Chick” is supposedly the girls’ buzz single, from their upcoming sophomore studio album, How To Be A Lady: Volume 2.
Last time around, Radio Killa Record signees recorded exclusively with The Dream, but it seems for their follow-up, they’ve logged studio time with R. City, Joi Starr, Danja and more. No word on a solid release date.
The fearless foursome known as Electrik Red have been in the studio, working on material for their sophomore project.
Judging from the new material, it seems as though the girls are branching out from The Dream and Tricky Stewart and tapping some new talent for their new sound.
In addition to getting an album together, group member Binkie Reevey revealed via her Twitter that the girls are getting together a mixtape, and have still been doing shows around the country.
No word on when the new project drops.
UPDATE: The girls of Electrik Red have confirmed that this is not new material recorded for their upcoming album. These tracks are from before the girls had a deal.
