CONCERT PICS: FANTASIA ROCKS A NEW HAIRSTYLE IN NEW ORLEANS + VIDEO OF PERFORMANCE

Fantasia Barrino performed over the weekend (April 30) at the 2011 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival at the Fair Grounds Race Course. Of course, the 26 year-old singer did not hesitate to make her feet and toes comfortable. Nonetheless, she had a great show and rocked a new blonde accented hairstyle.

It is rumored that the former American Idol winner has been gaining weight (between 30-45 pounds) in an effort to successfully play her biopic role as the “Queen of Gospel”, Mahalia Jackson.
