VIDEO: SEASON 5 OF BET’S ‘THE GAME’ (SNEAK PEEK)

With three months left in the year 2011, BET has dropped a mini-preview of the new season of popular television series, THE GAME. At the end of season four, Derwin (Pooch Hall) and Melanie (Tia Mowry-Hardict) had issues getting pregnant, while at the doctor’s office the question of a past abortion was asked and lets just say it got interesting. Malik’s (Hosea Chanchez) career & love life continued to go in a downward spiral and Jason Pitts (Cory Bell)’s old flame, Camille (Stacey Dash) made a re-appearance in his life while at a press conference for Malik’s replacement. Last but not least, Tasha (Wendy Raquel Robinson) and Melanie have a heated argument about the advancement of Derwin’s career that ends badly.

Now this new season will feature more drama with some new celebrity cameos! Singer Brandy and comedian/actor DeRay Davis are both getting back to a little bit of television acting. Check out the sneak peek clip of the show’s forthcoming season, which premieres January 2012. Continue

THE NEW MUSIC REVIEW (PUSHA T / GAME FT. DRAKE / NE-YO / PLEASURE P)

Pusha T feat. Kanye West & Young Jeezy – Amen (full) – listen
As Pusha T prepares to release his major debut EP, Fear of God 2: Let Us Pray, perhaps the most anticipated track has surfaced online. “Amen,” produced by Lex Luger, features his label head, Kanye West, and Southern rapper Young Jeezy. The EP is slated to hit stores on August 23rd.

Game feat. Drake – Good Girls Go Bad (full) – listen
Instead of starting beef, Game gives us a softer side on his new track, “Good Girls Go Bad,” featuring Drake. The track is lifted from his upcoming album, The R.E.D. Album, which will find its way in stores August 23rd.

Ne-Yo – She Uses Me (full) – listen
Ne-Yo takes his stab at Kelly Rowland’s #1 single, “Motivation,” with his track, “She Uses Me” from his upcoming mixtape, 101, hosted by funny man Kevin Hart. It’s interest that the self-proclaimed “gentleman” got a little raunchy on this remix.

Pleasure P – How To Fuck (full) – listen
Former Pretty Ricky member Pleasure P serves up a raunchy remix of Lil’ Wayne’s hit “How To Love,” with a more explicit interpretation. Perhaps he’s releasing new music in support of his upcoming sophomore album, Pleasure Principles, which still has no solid release date.

NEW MUSIC: TYGA FEAT. PHARRELL, GAME & SNOOP DOGG – “REALLY RAW”

Tyga has been making his presence known on the mixtape circuit with Chris Brown, but now the Young Money signee is gearing up to release his sophomore album, Careless World.

He’s leading off the new album with the first single, “Really Raw,” produced by The Neptunes. The track features Pharrell, Game and Snoop Dogg and will be Tyga’s first official release since his last album, 2008′s No Introduction. The new album is slated to hit stores in the first quarter of this year.

NEW MUSIC: GAME FEAT. DIDDY – “RED BOTTOMS”

Game’s new album has been a long time coming, and tracks have been leaking since the top of this year. Check out his latest from the sessions from The R.E.D. Album, “Red Bottoms,” featuring Diddy.

The track was produced by Pharrell Williams of The Neptunes and will likely appear on The R.E.D. Album, which has yet to generate a solid release date.
