Lupe Fiasco dropped a new visual for his newest single, “Out of My Head” from his 3rd studio album Lasers. The Michael Thelin-directed video features his singing labelmate Trey Songz, with model Tracey Thomas playing the love interest. Peep it! “Girl, I want you to knoooooooow!”

POLITICS: LUPE FIASCO ARGUES OBAMA’S TERRORISM ON O’REILLY SHOW

With the recent annihilation of Al-Quida leader Osama Bin Laden, many Americans have felt a bit of relief, while others still believe there is more work to be done in the fight against terrorism. Rapper Lupe Fiasco on the other hand doesn’t feel either. The Chicago-native recording artist stopped by Fox News’ The Bill O’Reilly Factor to explain his recent statement on President Obama and America being the real terrorists. From his point of view, Fiasco doesn’t have a problem w/ the US killing Osama Bin Laden. He just disagrees with the initial reasoning behind the war in Afghanistan. Watch Lupe Fiasco and Bill O’Reilly as they battle it out on live television about the real reason behind US military being in Afghanistan.

MUSIC NEWS: KANYE WEST & STEVIE WONDER TO HEADLINE AUSTIN FESTIVAL / LUPE FIASCO TO PERFORM AT 2011 MTV AWARDS / NICKI MINAJ CHANGES MANAGEMENT

According to MTV News, Kanye West & Stevie Wonder have been announced as two headlining acts for the Austin City Limits Music Festival:

In the June issue of Spin magazine (a scan of which you can see here), both West and Wonder are listed along with Arcade Fire, and, over the weekend, Austin360.com music journo Michael Corcoran wrote on his Twitter account that the rumors “are on the mark.” Reps for either artist could not be reached for comment by press time. So far Cee Lo Green has been one of the previously confirmed artists performing at the Austin City Lights Music Festival.

Lupe Fiasco & Trey Songz To Perform Together at MTV Movie Awards

Lupe Fiasco has been added to roster of performers for the 2011 MTV Movie Awards. The hip-hop artists will take the stage and will be joined by his labelmate Trey Songz for the first televised performance together:

Grammy Award-winning Lupe Fiasco will treat viewers to two songs from his hit album LASERS, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard charts. Fiasco will first rip the stage with the television debut of Fiasco and Trey Songz’s collaborative single “Out of My Head,” to be followed by a performance of his platinum single “The Show Goes On.”

Lupe Fiasco and Trey Songz are the first performers to be announced and join previously announced presenter Nicki Minaj. The MTV Movie Awards will be hosted by Jason Sudeikis and will broadcast LIVE from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, CA on Sunday, June 5 at 9pm ET/8pm CT. [Source]
