Shaunie, Evelyn, Tami, Royce, Meeka, Jen and Suzie sit down with host John Salley for Part 1 of VH1′s Basketball Wives Season 3 Reunion Special, which premieres on Monday. Check out a sneak peek above as the cast revisits last season’s reunion with Royce going in on how she felt everyone was talking about her ’cause “their time is up and [her] time is now”. Of course, that creates even more drama, so be sure to tune in for more Monday at 8 p.m.
Tami Roman sat down with TT Torrez of iPower92.1 and talked about her fight with Meeka Claxton, her future plans with TV as well as whether she’ll return to the next season of VH1′s Basketball Wives:
On why the fight went down:
This person came on to the show, never really let us see who she was, was very fake was very back and forth and basically lied a lot. So as we’re having this discussion, all I see, which I have asked her not to do, was her getting ready to get up with her hand – don’t put your hand up because I don’t know what you’re going to do. I don’t know if you’re going to swing at me. So I basically have this defense mechanism that has always been a part of who I am. When I saw that hand, I snapped. Because I was like, ‘I don’t know what you’re going to do and I need to defend myself.’ So that’s what you saw…
On whether Meeka’s lawsuit against her is true:
At the reunion, she said that she had a pending lawsuit. I have tell you honestly I have moved to California., so I was never served any documents. I didn’t even know there was a lawsuit until my publicist called me and said there was something on mediatakeout, so I was unaware. But at the reunion, she did make a comment that she has a pending lawsuit and wasn’t speaking on it…

In case you missed it last night, VH1′s Basketball Wives made their way to Rome, Italy. While they were there, Jennifer and Evelyn mended their previous argument over Jennifer calling Evelyn a media whore. The most entertaining part was when Tami Roman and Meeka Claxton got into it over Meeka speaking badly about Tami behind her back. Maaaaan, Tami got in that face later when confronting Meeka for a lie she told about Tami. Roman got so much in Claxton’s face that eventually their unresolved beef got physical! Just when you thought they were on better terms, the ladies started snatching weaves and all! Smh.
As a result, Meeka has since then filed a lawsuit against Tami “for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and intentional interference with contractual relations”. In the mean time, peep the full episode below. Tami mopped the ish out of Meeka! Lol
