On Monday night, the cast of ABC’s Dancing with The Stars (Season 12) made their debut and hit the dancefloor for the first time with their professional partners. The first celebrity up was television personality Wendy Williams and her partner, Tony Dovolani. After Williams gave a rather stiff performance, the judges told her to not be so timid, then hit her with a score of 14 out of 30. Ouch. Hopefully she won’t get kicked off before the second episode. There’s a chance that she will improve as the show goes on…
On the other hand, rapper Romeo Miller, formerly known as Lil Romeo, showed off his dancing skills with his partner, Chelsie Hightower. In his performance of the cha-cha, Romeo kept it cool (of course), and proved that he has potential to move to the next round. The judges told him that he was too casual and gave him a 19 out of 30. Double ouch. Either way, he and Wendy did a good job for a first performance!
