Singer/songwriter Santigold is back with a new song and video. After the success of her 2008 self-titled album, she has been traveling the world and working on new material. This new track is from her forthcoming album, Master of My Make Believe, due out this spring on Downtown Records/ Atlantic Records.

This is not the first time the band, which consists of Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shae Haley, has worked with Santigold. They collaborated sometime in the middle of last year on the track “My Drive-Thru,” a bonus cut from N.E.R.D.’s last album, Seeing Sounds. It’s been said that native Virginians are currently working on a new album and have since added a female presence to the mix.
Kanye West, Jay-Z and Rihanna throw up the roc sign as they perform “Run This Town” at Madison Square Garden on Friday night in New York City. The trio gave a great performance, one of the best from the night in front of the sold out show.

Singer Rihanna and singer/songwriter Santigold were spotted leaving NYC’s Philippe restaurant on Monday afternoon after having lunch together. Onlookers said that the two were sitting at the best table in the house and a gang of paps were right outside. Wonder if Santigold will appear on Riri’s new album?
After leaving the restaurant, Rihanna were was also spotted arriving back to her hotel. The singer won BET’s 09′ “Viewer’s Choice Award” for her featured appearance in T.I’s video Live Your Life, as well as BET’s Award for “Best Hair”.
