Young Money songstress Shanell finally premieres the visual for her track, “My Button,” produced by HitBoy for Surf Club. The clip follows Shanell through a video game storyboard, with cameos from her YMCMB family, Lil’ Wayne, Lil’ Twist, Mack Maine, Birdman and Short Dawg.
Shanell is presently in the studio in Miami, LA and Atlanta, working on her debut album, due out later this year.
Young Money signee Shanell brings us the latest visual for her new track, “What Is Love,” (written by Timothy Bloom, production by Tec Beatz ) which is slated to appear on her upcoming mixtape, Nobody’s Bitch, a follow up to 2010′s Shut Up ‘N Listen.
Shanell is currently promoting her new single, “So Good,” featuring Lil’ Wayne and Drake, and hopes to release her album in the top of the new year.

Shanell, who has been diligently working on her debut album, describes this album is straight up hip hop/R&B. Shanell plans on releasing a second mixtape, Nobody’s Bitch, a follow-up to her previous one, Shut Up ‘N Listen, before the year’s end. Expect her presently untitled debut out at the top of next year.
Young Money’s Shanell is no stranger to having her name in liner notes. She’s penned several tracks for several artists over there years, but more recently has become the creative director of Lil’ Wayne’s I Am Still Music tour, while working on her debut album, which is slated to drop next year.
But just this month, “White Lies,” a song that Shanell penned years ago surfaced on RocNation signee, Bridget Kelly’s Every Girl EP, which was made downloadable October 19th. So you know we’ve got to ask…
