♫ Shanell feat. Lil’ Wayne – Play In My Band
Young Money artist Shanell, the sultry, triple-threat performer has given us an exclusive listen to her new track, “Play In My Band,” featuring Lil’ Wayne, produced by Willy Will.
Shanell, who has been in the game for quite some time, penning hits for Lil’ Wayne and Kelis, just to name a few, will release A Taste of Shanell, a first listen at the sexier, softer side of Young Money. While working on her debut album, Shanell is also performing alongside Wayne and the rest of Young Money on their America’s Most Wanted tour.
♫ Shanell & Aubrey O’Day – Party All the Time
Shanell also tag-teams with former Danity Kane starlet, Aubrey O’Day for a fun-filled girl-on-girl of Eddie Murphy and Rick James’s 1985 hit, “Party All the Time,” produced by Grammy Award-winning producer, Maestro.
All these artists are getting back to the drawing board really quickly this time around. Usher, who made us wait years in between releases of his last albums, is already gearing up for release of his follow-up to last year’s Here I Stand.
Weezy fans are going to have to wait a little bit longer for Lil’ Wayne’s rock effort, Rebirth, which has been pushed back to July 21th from it’s original June 23rd date.
The much-awaited sophomore solo LP from former Destiny’s Child bandmate LeToya Luckett, which was also originally slated for release on June 23rd is also being subject to delays.
