In an interview with Blackvoices.com, Toni, Trina and Tamar Braxton chatted it up. The three sisters discussed the inspiration behind their show, how the women balance a hectic career with family, and how Toni parents her autistic son, Diesel. Peep their funny interview above. Toni, on the other hand, just passed a court-ordered class in personal financial management. After filing bankruptcy last year, the 43 year-old singer can now prove that she has learned her lesson in money management. Yippee! But then again, we shall see…Lol

Well not exactly. Executive producer Simon Cowell has confirmed that Mariah Carey will officially be a part of the singing competition’s judging panel. The former American Idol judge shared that the mother-to-be will be participating in the live X-Factor shows some way or another:
“I think Mariah will have a role on the TV live shows,” Cowell confirmed to host Jackie Brown. “I met her recently and she was on great form. And her idea was to be the judge of the judges, which only Mariah could come up with. She’ll be involved in some form. I literally adore her. I love her to bits.” [Source]

LaurieAnn Gibson Working on 2nd Reality TV Dance Show
Dancer/choreographer Laurieann Gibson is taking her boomkack dancing shoes and second TV show to another network. Although she just premiered her current reality TV show, Dance Scene the creative director is working on a new show – Born To Dance, a reality dance competition show that is set to debut on BET on August 2, 2011. The show follows the experience of 10 passionate and aspiring dancers as they work towards being a part of Gibson’s dance team. In an interview with Billboard.com, the Toronto-native had a bit to say about the meaning of her upcoming show:
“It’s a survival story of youth and how much they need real art,” Gibson says. “There’s real hope and inspiration there. We’re very conscious about not saying, ‘You’re fired.’ There’s so much rejection in the dance world. My show isn’t about winning a trophy and then being let go. We’re trying to find the one girl who can be a part of my team.”
Gibson has choreographed Lady Gaga’s upcoming music video for her single, “Judas”, which is set to drop any day now…
